My experience began early 2024 when I had the pleasure of meeting Desmond Meade! I apologized to Desmond in advance as I already knew I would a tough sell and it did not help that I was a tight wad, skeptical and not swift to trust in this type of arena. I knew I needed to get out of my current apartment as the rent was sky rocketing and renting is not investing. Desmond took me under his wings, as he learned my ways, what my pros and cons were for buying a home and what were my deal breakers. Desmond has the patience of Job, and if I were him, I probably couldn't put up with me, as I am extremelyparticularl when making purchaes! We worked closely for about 6-7 months of my going through the home buying process. I was green as grass and had no knowledge of purchasing a home. Desmond's timing was impeccable on when to start looking at houses, what paperwork to expect and what it all meant. He held my hand from the beginning to the end of the process! He never became weary, his professionalism, his knowledge, his patience, his guidance and being able to fully trust him 🙏 was what sealed the for me and of course he helped me find the perfect home for me and it includes EVERYTHING I asked for and more! During the entire process any issues aroused he was a phone call and or text away no matter the time or the day. Desmond knew I had some anxiousness settling in from time to time, but he would say a few things to calm me down, and let me know the world was not crashing in 😆 ! Desmond is truly the family realtor for my family. He has helped several members in my immediate family purchase a home. When I do it all over again, my first call wil be Desmond of Keller-Williams! I thank God that I have been in my home now for 1 years and Desmond is still one call or one text away to assist with anything that may arouse or just a listening ear of how continously pleased I am with my purchased and knowing I cannot thank him enough for being a genuine, good-hearted person and a realtor you can trust!!!
